This course will provide an overview of Age-Related Macular Degeneration with an emphasis on the use of multimodal imaging including OCT, Fundus Autofluorescence, Color Fundus Photography and Near-Infrared Imaging in the diagnosis and management of this disease. Case examples will be used to illustrate real world applications of these technologies. New treatment and management options for Geographic Atrophy will be discussed.

This course will address anomalies of the vitreoretinal interface including normal posterior vitreous detachment, vitreomacular traction, and macular hole. The use of Optical Coherence Tomography in the evaluation of these entities will be discussed.
