Challenges in treating a wide variety of anterior and posterior segment diseases are shared in a clinical rounds format. This course covers both common and not so common ocular disorders encountered in over 70 years of combined clinical practice. An interactive approach is used to discuss diagnosis and management strategies involved with each case presentation. Clinical pearls will be shared to enhance patient care with our colleagues.

This course reaches the cutting edge of contemporary medical management of glaucoma by presenting numerous cases. An update on diagnostic and treatment pearls as well as a review of important medications used to treat glaucoma will be discussed as part of the case presentations.

“Periocular Malignancies” 2hrs. COPE # 83473-SD
This presentation explores the diagnosis, management, and prevention of skin cancer. The importance of gross observation and slit lamp biomicroscope of the adnexa cannot be undervalued as a means of detecting, diagnosing, and managing malignancies. Treatment modalities including surgical and non-surgical options are discussed.
